Linda Richter, a developmental psychologist, is a Distinguished Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She led the 2016 Lancet Series Advancing Early Child Development: From Science to Scale and the South African Integrated National ECD Policy, and she currently leads the ECD Countdown to 2030.
