About Magali

Magali Thomson qualified as an architect in 1999, and with a subsequent MSc in Cities from the LSE has spent the last two decades honing her practical experience as an urban place-maker working across London and other major cities in the UK. She is highly experienced in leading design and client teams in the successful delivery of complex public realm, building design and strategic master planning projects with a particular passion for green and inclusive placemaking in cities. She has devoted a significant proportion of her professional time to leading design reviews, judging for place and building awards, as well as holding an advisory role on a European-wide project funded by the European Commission focused on delivering climate-resilient public realm projects in five European cities.
