Prakash Paul

Prakash Kumar Paul works as the External Urban95 Advisor at the Bernard van Leer Foundation, New Delhi. An experienced urban planner, he has worked in various capacities in organisations including Asian Development Bank, Bloomberg Philanthropies and NCAER. With over 15 years’ extensive and diverse experience in applied urban research, city planning, knowledge management, capacity building initiatives, project management and programme monitoring, he advises Urban95 partner cities in project identification, data collection, and project formulation, implementation, and monitoring. He has master’s degrees in town planning and applied economics.
